Kohl’s is an American department store retail chain that is being operated by Kohl’s Corporation. Kohl’s is the largest department store chain in the US as of February 2013. It has over 1,000 locations and operate stores in every state in the US, except Hawaii. Kohl’s has headquarters located in the Milwaukee suburb of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Polish immigrant Maxwell Kohl started the history of Kohl’s in the US. He opened a corner grocery store in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the late 1920s. This store went on to become a successful chain in the local area. It was in 1962 when the company branched out by opening their first department store. British American Tobacco Company took an interest in the company in 1972 while still being managed by the Kohl Family. The corporation was finally sold to BATUS Inc. in 1979. Kohl’s was bought by a group of investors from British American Tobacco US and took it public in 1992.

The YBR Web site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. YBR provides information, tools and calculators to help you:

  • Learn how your benefit plans work.
  • Understand the expenses and services that your options cover.
  • Build your own medical plan, selecting from various coverage options.
  • Compare health care and insurance options.
  • Estimate your out-of-pocket costs for your medical options.
  • Search for doctors, dentists, and eye doctors online using the criteria you enter.

Current Employees – Login / Sign in:

  1. Visit this link in your preferred internet browser on your device.
  2. Choose whether you are an “Active Associate”, “Alumni, Spouses & Domestic Partners”, or “Future Associates”.
  3. For “Active Associates”, type in your Username in the space provided. 
  4. Type in your current Password in the space provided.  
  5. Select the blue “Sign in” button to proceed.
  6. You may now be able to manage your account online.

New Employees – Register / Enroll:

  1. Visit this link in your preferred internet browser on your device.
  2. Choose whether you are an “Active Associate”, “Alumni, Spouses & Domestic Partners”, or “Future Associates”.
  3. For “Future Associates”, type in your Username in the space provided.  Your username is your network User ID.
  4. Type in your current Password, which is your Network Password, in the space provided
  5. Select the blue “Sign in” button to move forward.
  6. Continue to move forward and provide every important information that is asked of you to create a new account online.

You will be directed to your account details where you may start to manage or review as soon as your registration has been successfully completed.
