ENROLLMENT
If you enroll within your first 31 days of hire, your coverage becomes effective on your first day. If you do not enroll within your first 31 days of hire, you will need to wait to enroll until the next annual open enrollment, unless you experience a qualified coverage change event (new baby, marriage, divorce, etc.). Go to Your Benefit Resources to enroll. See above.

Do FedEx employees fly for free?
Yes. Since Fedex is an Airline, in addition to a delivery company, all employees are eligible for airline employee discounts with other carriers. By going through the Fedex system employees can book flights for up to 90% off . However, these flights are stand-by and if the flight is overbooked they will be bumped.
Do FedEx employees get travel benefits?
Yes. Fedex also has its own travel discounts which can get employees discounts on hotels as well.
