  2. Type in your User ID in the space provided.
  3. Type in your current Password in the space provided.
  4. Select the black “Log in” button to move forward.
  5. You may now be able to manage your account online.
New Employees – Register / Enroll:
  1. Visit www.verizonbenefitsconnection.com in your preferred internet browser on your device.
  2. Select the black “Register” button found on the page.
  3. Type in your User ID in the space provided.  Your User ID is your nine-digit Social Security Number.
  4. Type in your date of birth in this format: MMDDYYYY.  This will serve as your Password.
  5. Place a check mark (✓) in the box to indicate you are not a robot.
  6. Select the black “Log in” button to move forward.
  7. Continue to move forward and provide every important information that is asked of you to create a new account online.

You will be directed to your account details where you may start to manage or review as soon as your registration has been successfully completed.
