  1. Visit nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/tmobile/home in your preferred internet browser on your device.
  2. Type in your Username in the space provided.  
  3. Type in your current Password in the space provided.  
  4. Select the blue “Log In” button to proceed.
  5. You may now be able to manage your account online.

New Employees – Register / Enroll:

  1. Go to your preferred internet browser on your device and visit nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/tmobile/home.
  2. Select the “Register Now” button found on the right side of the page.
  3. Type in your First Name and Last Name in the space provided.
  4. Enter your Date of Birth in the space provided.
  5. Type in the Last 4 of SSN in the space provided.
  6. Select the blue “Continue” button to move forward.
  7. Continue to move forward and provide every important information that is asked of you to access your account online.

You will be directed to your account details where you may start to manage or review as soon as your login has been successfully completed.
