- Next, type in your Username in the space provided.
- Next, type in your current Password in the space provided.
- Select the blue “Login” button to move forward.
- Finally, you may now be able to manage your account online.
New Employees – Register / Enroll:
- Visit www.benefitsweb.com/exxonmobil.html in your preferred internet browser on your device.
- Select the “Register as first-time user” link that may be found on the right portion of the page.
- Type in your Social Security Number in the space provided.
- Next, type in your Date of Birth in the space provided in this format: mmddyyyy
- Then, type in your ZIP Code in the space provided.
- Lastly, type in the text from the CAPTCHA image in the space provided.
- Select the blue “Continue” button to move forward.
- Continue to move forward and provide every important information that is asked of you to create a new account online.
You will be directed to your account details where you may start to manage or review as soon as your registration has been successfully completed.
IMPORTANT!:
A PIN is required in order to communicate with the ExxonMobil Benefits Service Center. If you either do not have a PIN or remember your PIN then you will need to get one by contacting the Benefits Service Center either by phone or the internet. Both methods will allow automatically assign you a random temporary PIN, which should arrive at your home address within 7-10 business days.

If you choose to contact the Exxon Mobil Benefits Service Center via telephone:

The automated system listen will prompt you to enter your Social Security Number followed by the “pound sign” (#).

Then, you will be asked for your PIN. At that point just wait. Do not push any keys.

You will be asked a second time for your PIN. Then, you will be given an opportunity to request that your existing PIN be mailed to you or you’ll have a chance to request a PIN for the first time.

Next, you will have an opportunity to “Answer Challenge Questions” to help you remember your forgotten PIN, or to have the EMBSC “Mail a PIN reminder.”
