DaVita Inc. is an American company that provides kidney dialysis services through its network of almost 3,000 outpatient dialysis centers in the US serving over 200,000 patients. DaVita also has 321 outpatient dialysis center in 10 other countries with more than 3,000 patients. DaVita mainly treats end-stage renal disease, which requires patients to undergo dialysis three times weekly until they receive a donor kidney. The company is ranked 230th on the Fortune 500 and has headquarters located in Denver, Colorado.
