Company Summary:

Fiserv, Inc. is an American multinational company based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Fiserv is focused on providing financial technology and financial services to its clients. These clients include banks, credit unions, thrifts, securities broker dealers, retailers, as well as leasing and finance companies. In 2019, Fiserv reported $10.187 billion in total revenue. Fiserv has the naming rights for the Fiserv Forum stadium in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Fiserv was established in 1984 and rapidly grew and got listed on the NASDAQ less than two years after it started. This is mainly due to the number of acquisitions, with the largest that happened was with Citicorp Information Resources. They have a website that was launched in 1995 and eventually debuted in fully issuing electronic bills in 1997.

Fiserv provides a benefits package created to assist in providing security and peace of mind for their people and their household. Fiserv understands that managing their people’s health, controlling their health care expenses, while saving for retirement is a shared responsibility.
