  4. Type in your Personal Number in the space provided. Note: Your PERNR/EEID/SSO is your employee number.
  5. Type in your ZIP Code in the space provided.
  6. Type in your Date of Birth in the space provided.  Note: Date of Birth should be typed in mm/dd/yyyy format.
  7. Type in the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number in the space provided.
  8. Type in your Email Address in the space provided.  This where your temporary password will be sent.  Refrain from using AOL email account for registration.  Confirm Email by re-typing it in the space provided.
  9. Select the blue “SUBMIT” button to proceed.
  10. 10.Continue to move forward and provide every important information that is asked of you to create a new account online.
  11. You will be directed to your account details where you may start to manage or review as soon as your registration has been successfully completed.
