  3. Type in your current Password in the space provided.  
  4. Select the blue “Log on” button to proceed.

  2. Select the “Are you a new user?” link found below the login details on the page.
  3. Type in the last 4 digits of your SSN in the space provided.  
  4. Enter your Date of Birth in the spaces provided.
  5. Select the blue “Continue” button to move forward.
