It was later renamed to the Ball Brothers Company in 1922, and became a publicly traded stock company in 1973 as the Ball Corporation. The company has expanded and diversified into other business ventures, which include aerospace technology. Ball became the world’s largest manufacturer of recyclable metal beverage and food containers.
